Visitors can play from mid-afternoon onwards providing they have booked in advance.
The Club has available for hire by members and visitors two modern electric golf buggies these must be booked in advance.
Green Fee Cancellation Policy
All green fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
If a player is subsequently unable to attend, any request to cancel and obtain a refund must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tee time. Cancellation requests must be made by contacting the Club Office during normal office hours (Monday to Friday).
Cancellation requests received fewer than 72 hours before the scheduled tee time will not normally be eligible for a refund. In exceptional circumstances, and at the discretion of the Clubhouse Manager, a green fee voucher of equivalent value may be issued for future use. All such decisions will be made on a case‑by‑case basis and are not guaranteed.
By making a booking, players acknowledge and accept the terms of this cancellation policy.
Signing In
We do operate tee times at Whitstable & Seasalter Golf Club. Please phone the office to book your tee time and pay in advance by card.

Golfing Societies
We are able to accommodate golf societies up to around 30 persons. We can offer catering before and after your game at very competitive prices. Please contact the office via email for further details and prices.
Whitstable is an excellent location for a weekend break, playing golf here at Whitstable & Seasalter and taking advantage of the other attractions in the town, which are only a short walk from the Club. Please contact the office for details.
